Here's a font I see in Videgames, I think there's also a Japanese version of the font, but I have no idea who makes it or what it's called, any ideas?
(Sorry for the subject name -- I couldn't think of what to title it, heh)
Typophile
(x) Common videogame font - Reishotai (?) {Aleph Langley}
Could you please give us some more background information?
Is that a screen font in videogames? For which gaming system?
Uhm, It's used in (some) Japanese games for English text. I ripped it off the disc from Persona 2: TSUMI for PlayStation. It's also used in the English version of Resident Evil 0 for GameCube, might also be in the remake of Resident Evil for GameCube. I think I've also seen it used in some pictures from Japanese websites. That's all I know.
hmm, according to the back of my Resident Evil 0 box -- "The Typefaces included herein are soley developed by DynaComware"....
I checked that site, but uh, can't seem to find the specific font.
Ok, found it... But, it seems it can only be bought from Japanese sites, ugh.
Do you happen to have the name of the font, so I can credit the ID?
And which Japanese site(s) it's available from?
Don't have the english name, only the Kanji -- Kanji I can't really read, so, I lack the name.
