It's not Rockwell, It's not Memphis, but what is it?

I thought Rockwell on the "It's a Party" part, but the serifs on the A don't match, nor do they match with Memphis, so what is this oddball variation?
Any help will be much appreciated!!!

Don't see an image, but it could also be Beton.
