Bank Card type

jonathanlawley

What is the type used on bank cards for the number, etc.

Thankyou

MICR. No letters, though.

Oh, sorry. I thought he meant checks. I'm so old school sometimes. :-)

How about this free font called "halter" ?

Halter is clearly refrenced from bank card type, but it is not the type used.

My British card infact uses one type for the card number and another the the expiry date etc. Any ideas?

The two different types

now bank cards... What is this, Forgery Central?!

Ohh brother.

That's weird. I just checked mine and all type on both
my (Belgian) bank cards and my Visa is set in OCR-B,
while the card number on my Visa is an unidentified
face that looks a bit like simplified OCR-A.

Two days ago an ID request for American passports,
now bank cards... What is this, Forgery Central?!
