There is no font for it, it was all hand lettered.

I created a digital version for Snoop's production company & Pony Shoes' Doggybiscuitz shoe line, but it is not available publicly.

I wouldn't have thought it was terribly critical. Looking at what appears to be an album cover by this artiste (shows age) in this thread, any blackletter would seem to be acceptable.

OT: What is a "Rhythm Gangsta" anyway? my guess is a woman who only robs banks during particular phases of her menstrual cycle.

But I could be wrong.
