I’d like to learn about projector/computer synchrony ; I’d like to buy my own projector and study the situation personally.
Have you had experience with handy size projectors ?

Can’t really help you with a specific suggestion but before I buy any hardware I’ll usually research the reviews on CNET to get an idea of price ranges and what features I should be looking for.
I usually do what ken said, but, if available, look at customer reviews. You can tell who’s being fairly reasonable and on the other hand those who don’t know how (barely) to actually use it.
