did som research:
found out that DaMa has just mad custom font for Puma jerseys, nothing about the Graphic profile of the World cup 2006.

Welcome is the name of the font you are looking for. I don’t think that it is available except from FIFA.

An interesting alternative is FontShop’s Trivia.
