after some googling i found a link in a press release of adobe by thomas phinney.

you can find the list here

It seems that Adobe Inc. has removed the file FFOTEFontList.pdf, which documents the most recent font collection, from its Adobe website.

But this file is still downloadable elsewhere on the Internet, e.g. here

http://www.xchangefr.com/pdf/FFOTEFontList.pdf

Furthermore, my two own websites

http://www.forgers.de
http://www.sanskritweb.net/forgers/#adobe9

document the entire Adobe font stuff - both old (PS) and new (OT).

Thanks a bunch people, just what the doctor ordered. :^)

And just for future reference, the Typography forum on Adobe.com has a sticky posting that lists all the fonts. You can see it at http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx/.1dea4840/87
