Well, Zulu Rose, as no one has (until now) an exact match, I'll try a similar one with Die Nasty by Ray Larabie. The KISS-like S made me think of it.

It reads Harajuku.. don't ask me what it means.

Harajuku is neigborhood (I think, maybe it's a street) in Tokyo that is famous for teenagers wearing strange outfits. Do a google search, you'll quickly understand :)
