Difficult to tell at that resolution, but could be Neo Sans by Monotype.

And is it just me or is the kerning a little off?

Aha, of course its Neo Sans! Thanks.

The kerning probably IS off, as he is a designer not a typographer. We suck at typography! :S

When you say we, does that mean this is something you did, but converted to paths and forgot the font name? (just curious...)

i'm a norwegian designer as well, nothing more than that :)

This is Neo Sans.
This is Isonorm.
The font in question is probably Isonorm.
