Bauer Text Initials are similar too.
The letterforms look like Delphian but I can’t tell from the sample if the font is inline or not.
it’s not quite Optima either.. the A, T and N look slightly different (though it could’ve been slightly customized from Optima). might be a good alternative if you can’t find an exact match.
