Does anyone recognize this font? Sorry about the bad quality.

I'm having trouble uploading the file. I keep getting a "File copy failed: no directory condigured, or it could not be accessed." error message. I'm trying to attach a rgb jpeg file and I can't figure out why it won't attach.

you need to post a sample for us to be able to ID the font.

If it is the sans, it could be Bureau Grotesque from Font Bureau.

If it is the serif, it could be Eldorado also from Font Bureau.

Hmm. In the 90s, Premiere and Entertainment Weekly both had great design going on, I could have the fonts confused. But, I thought I'd take a blind stab anyway.
