It's Nico Schweizer's delightful Typ1451.

Alternatives are DIN 17 SB and Bryant, which, like Typ1451 was inspired by template lettering kits.

Where are the italics? Did they slant Typ1451?

Could be slanted. Hard to tell in the lighter weights.
