I have designed glyphs (letters and digits) for two script fonts in Font Lab. I’m looking for advice in optimizing the letterspacing and kerning for both. They are SpencerianScript and Chancery Italic Calligraphic fonts.

yes, but don’t understand how to use it easily. Can you offer a few steps to follow?
It takes a lot of typing. :-)
Section 10 of Walter Tracy’s “Letters of Credit” provides
a great foundation. And it’s a great book otherwise too.
