quark 6.5 problems (osx) — Typophile archive

We have been using Quark 6.5 in the studio for several months and all four of us seem to be having the same frustrating glitches in the software ie text staying highlited when it shouldnt be, etc

What are everyone elses experiences with version 6.5 and is there anyway to iron out these difficulties – more memory etc?

I’ve had the same glitches as well. I never figured out a ’real’ solution (and never bothered to look it up at Quark.com, either).

However, a simple F7 (hide/reveal guides) refresh will usually clear it up.

(Just one more reason Quark stinks ...)
