When I create a font in Fontographer and use it in Illustrator the last letter never appears. But when it’s converted to paths it shows up. Does anyone know why this would happen? Thanks in advance for your help.

What version of Illustrator are you using? Do you have the latest patch installed?
I’m using CS2, I’ll chack make sure that I have the latest patch right now
by last letter you mean the last letter in the type object in illustrator, right?
