Edit: I've attached a new version I created with Century STD Book by Adobe (Denihan2.pdf). It's close, but it's a little lighter and the edges on the original are much softer.

I think it's Monotype's Bulmer Semi Bold, and even if it isn't, it comes pretty darn close.

Confirmed. Although the Adobe version, Bulmer Std Semibold seems to be precisely what was used.
