Looks a lot like AG book stencil, but it is not.

I think this is Akzidenz Grotesk bold and artificially stencilled, the S and Z aren't touched.
This is another stencil face which is attractive

Yes, I thought it might have been artificial too because of the S. You can try doing a search for Stencil on Myfonts.com or Fontshop.com (which now seems to have a keyword search!). I'm partial to Glaser Stencil.

Arston Stencil is very similar.

Some of those are really good.

Also try:

Ferro Stencil
Paralucent Stencil

Patty - Actually, no keyword search on FontShop.com quite yet*. Just happens that there are plenty of fonts with "stencil" in the name.

* Soon!

I've always liked DIN Schablonierschrift as a stencil face. It doesn't look like your sample, but it's cool.

Club 21 fonts by Julian Morey has loads of stencil typefaces.

Nick Cooke

Somehow I like Glaser Stencil too!

Right you are, Nick.
