Hello,
I’m looking for a Latin type family like Bitstream’s Latin 725, but I need
Greek, cyrillic, eastern european and turkish charachter sets. Can anyone
recommend something? It’s for a corp. ID program which is in transition.
We use Matrix Book for body copy but there are no non-Western characters
in it to use in international materials.

Assuming you have the time, why not get permission (via $) from Emigre to extend Matrix* as needed? Then find a friendly type designer to carry it out.
* And while you’re at it you could fix the “g” too:

that nubbin in the second story of the g is a little funny I’ll admit. but we need a complementary face really really soon, tomorrow actually.
But hey, that sounds like a cool way to make money during the holidays
that don’t involve customer service or wearing a paper hat.
