I’m looking for some resources on type design. I’m a graphic designer mainly versed in layout, typesetting and identity design. Historically I’ve been using existing fonts from foundry’s but am becoming more interesting in design my own fonts. Can anyone recommend any good resources on the process of type design / type construction?
Here are a series of threads which you might find useful. At least for starters.

Is there a wiki entry for all of this stuff?
Very good. See I knew you’d have done that and I’ll I had to do was ask. :^D
