Hello,
Years ago I installed Fontographer for windows xp. Since rebuilding my system I have started over from scratch. I keep getting the out of memory message when i start fontographer. I remember editing some numbers, not the virtual memory. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I run Fog fine on my XP-Home, but for some reason the fan (it’s a laptop) kicks into hyperdrive and stays there as long as Fog is running...

Did you have to change your virtual memory or anything like that?
No, because it ran as-is. I use FontLab more now, so I just tolerate the fan noise as needed. :-/ Are you using Fog 4.1 or something earlier?

Yes its 4.1
The problem can be worked around using tech note 15709 which is found at: http://www.pyrus.com/downloads/FG4Technotes.pdf
