Anyone knows what font it is or what font is similar.

You'd be better off asking this in the Type ID section of the forum and not the Critique section (I'm sure it'll get moved) I have no idea, I won't even try :-P

I think, given the poor appearance of the D and O it is hand drawn you could try the Scriptorium or P22 for Art Nouveau scripts.
