Typewriter-like font with huge round serifs

huggyGiraffe

Hi,

I would like to know a name for this font, I have no pictures of it though.

It is basically looking like American Typewriter, but has really big, round serifs (like serif "balls"). Overall, it's a very american, very 70s sort of font.

Any ideas?

Thanks in anticipation!!

Herb

Its not 'Cooper Black', or 'Stilla', is it.? :)

Hi,

no, it's not the good old Cooper. More like Clarendon.

If you look at the Clarendon lowercase "y" that's the serif balls I am talking about, but they need to be A LOT bigger, like really exaggerated ly big.

Sounds like you need someone with a 70's Letraset catalog. Sounds like one of their display faces.

if that's what it sounds like i
'm happy with that

Is this what you're looking for?
