I need the white font.

A logo from the pre-digital era. AFAIK it has not been made into a digital font.
As for something similar, I looked for fonts with about the same degree of squareness and width of vertical and horizontal stokes. Found very little, but consider FF District Medium
https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fontfont/district/ as a very distant relative. A mirrored _J_ could resemble _L_ and if the new _L_ was flipped vertically it could be the basis for the _F_. A clipped _U_ could become a _J_.

An alternative is to tinker with Eurostyle Bold
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/eurostile/ which has similar curved strokes for _U_ and _J_.

Reminds me a lot of Univers and Linotype Univers. Something like Univers Black should give you a good base for customization.
Talking about 'Univers', try maybe having a look to Kasse FLF (Kasse Ultra looks promising), a digital version of Modula, an old film font close to Univers but a bit more contrasted.
Quick comparaison, top logo/bottom scaled Kasse Ultra
Another option to consider is Serpentine/(Serpentine Sans with more work on /J though.
If you want to make a closer comparison of the letters with various fonts you can download a vector version of the logo from brands of the world http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/logo/fujifilm-1
You should not use the logo for anything else without obtaining the express permission of the copyright/trademark holder.
