Very close to Akzidenz Grotesk (Bold) but with a rounded dot on |i| & |j| (modified/customized?)

Yeah, that was my first typeface I thought about. But I said it can't be after seeing these two letters.

The numbers are definitely AG. It is somewhere between those :

EDITED:
A digital font called Basic Commercial is published by Linotype https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/basic-commercial-lt/
For the game of spot the customization of Basic Commercial Black , we can start with the round dot on _i_and _j_, the round dot on the top half of the semicolon, and the compound curve on the center stroke of _a_ which resembles the shape of the curve on the bold weight.
What else?

Basic Commercial is actually a renamed version of Akzidenz Grotesk.

My comments on customization apply also to Akzidenz Grotesk. Ulrich Stiehl detected that Linotype's Basic Commercial is electronically identical to Adobe's Akzidenz Grotesk except for the copyright/trademark notices and the name. Luc Devroye reports on the issue and includes Linotype's explanation in response to the comment http://luc.devroye.org/fonts-44410.html

Also notice the uppercase (J) has a shorter cut at the end. And the same goes with uppercase (T), which ends before the curve (based on Basic Commercial).
