Please help to identify letters in image

Anyone can help me to recognize letters in the attached image.
These are so cursive and interconnected that I can't identify it.

This appears to be someone’s freehand cursive, in icing no less, on a cake.

Not a typeface. Hand-drawn.

I think the request isn't about the font, but the actual words and letters.
I don't think this is the most appropriate place to ask, and anyway I can't even identify the kind of script used (Latin? Cyrillic? East Asian?).

Interesting ambiguous fuzzy image. At first glance I saw coiled striped toothpaste with teeth in the background :) But since others say it's cake topping, I can see that too.
Our requestor is from India. Perhaps letters in one of the languages of India -- Hindi, Urdu etc.?
