The basic structure resembles Rockwell to a certain degree, and Memphis Soft Rounded comes reasonably close apart from the obviously different ‘R’, but I was wondering if anyone could match this geometric slab serif with blunt serifs.

Looks like Piron v2 from Typedepot.
So they closed the letter forms? Cannot find a non-stencil version.
Just download the font. There is the non-stencil version in it. You’ll see it also at the bottom of the page.
