EDIT: Never mind. Knowing that your sample is part of an invitation for the LAND Studio event at Billy Reid in Austin didn’t get me a bigger sample or any more useful info.

Can't identify it either but as this invitation comes from L A N D (and Caleb Owen Everitt), I'd be not surprised if it finally remains unidentified. Most of their works are hand-drawn or (heavily) customization of existing typefaces ('Easy Tiger', 'Stag', 'Forestbound', 'Patagonia', 'Hufnagel'... see here for previous discussions).

You're right, it could be a completely hand drawn piece.
