The |L|, |S|, and |B| are Billhead 1910, by Letterhead fonts:

The balance of the name appears to be some variation of Copperplate (the ampersand is similar to the one found in Engraver’s Gothic).

Kevin is right on the money. That's a full use of Billhead: 1910 for initials /L, /S and /B and 1900 for the rest of the lettering
