Please help me find the bottom font on this image. I need it to create a high resolution duplicate, but no one currently at the organization can identify it, or knows who created it.

I believe its Candara, which came bundled with the Microsoft Windows OS starting in 2008:

Works reasonably well with Trajan....

It seems the designer of the logo used fake small caps, though Candara includes small caps.
