Appreciate anyone looking into this font identification and will do my best to participate on future font ID's.

I was searching under just serif and nothing came up. I should have known better and searched under slab serif—I believe I found it but the ampersand is different since the "City" typeface one is horrible. Not enough attention to analphabetic symbols these days.
