Custom letter design for the _C_. Could have been made by taking an _e_ with a sloped cross bar and adding a tilde. Or by adding the cross bar to a _c_.

Should work. For a closer fit push the curve on the lower rhs out a little bit, thicken the curve and make the terminal tip horizontal.
