@fvilanakis revealed the script to be Piel Script. I suspect the serif to be Cochin, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Too small for a positive ID, but it's not Cochin. The outer strokes of the Cochin capital M are angled, but the capital M's in this sample are straight-sided.
