This one has everyone stumped!

More often than not, this kind of chrome word marks on cars is custom, not based on existing typefaces.

You'll have to do some manual widening and make other modifications to this, but not a bad base from which to start:

Good find Kevin. PL Barnum Block is a reverse contrast design -- top and bottom strokes thicker than side ones. So when you expand the width by something like 150%, you get a normal contrast ratio that looks like this

Some minor tweaking and you have the wordmark.
