When I originally used this font, could very well have been a "Letraset" transfer. Thanks in advance for your help.

It looks like an old [1995] Image Club Graphics font: East Bloc ICG Open Alt (the alternate version) but I can't find any legitimate sources to acquire it.
The text set is "tracing" (all in lowercase).
