Thoughts on JAF New Book?

My order of Just Another Foundry's new book, Size-specific Adjustments to Type Designs, has just arrived through international air mail. Along with the package was a little specimen book of JAF's faces.

I haven't finished the book, but just want to ask if any of you have read it? Any thoughts?

I just skimmed through it and liked it. I plan to read it more thoroughly once I get off my a** and start working on the typeface that has been on my to-do-list for over 10 years : )
