Could be 'Semi Round', official FAA font for aircraft registration numbers.

BTW did you notice that the version in your image seems to be sloped 15 or 20 degrees left. Compare the _N_ to the row of rivets. Sloped aviation fonts are discussed on the page I linked to in my previous post.
