The font is Zemestro Std (Medium)

Similar but not quite the same, unless it is a custom version of it.
This is another screenshot from a presentation from them. It uses the same font as the logo.

They also seem to use a version without rounded corners (probably the round corners are just a simple round edge stroke)

If I clearly remember, Xing uses (a slightly customized version of) Notes PTL. Soft(ened) version here.
