If Lemon and Tree are the same font family then perhaps 'Carnova'
If the designer used two fonts, Lemon may be 'Core Sans Bold'
and Tree perhaps 'Norpeth Medium'

Hard to say, very generic and neutral, nothing really distinctive... Crique Grotesk might work as well... Your best chance is probably to track down this graphic and ask directly the author.

EDIT: after further inspection, Sansation might match.

I was able to track down the original file, and you're right - it was Sansation and Sansation Light
