I'm looking for help in identifying the font for the logo type in New Era and Melbourne 2010 Cycling. I've tried What the Font to no avail. Any leads in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

"MELBOURNE 2010..." must be Maetl (Bold) by Michael Cina
[You Work For Them, 1999]

Clearly not convinced 'NEW ERA' could be a font as it, rather a custom(ized?) lettering exclusive for the company. It is actually very close to many techy fonts and freebies. Some alternatives: Positec, Sol (using some alternates), Vox, Snather, Nemode, Adventures Subtitles

Thank you fvilanakis and Ryuk, you both are amazing! These are spot-on and good leads, thanks again.
