From searching my Serif guide I think this may be "Romain BP" by Ian Party, but I have not been able to find a link to show the font. I got my sample from FontShop, but they no longer show it in their collection.

Looking at the samples on the page R. linked, it seems that they may have used the Headline version of the font, which is a bit lighter in weight.
