Would be greatly appreciative if anyone had any insights to what font / font family the sans serif font is here; or even a similar font family.
(also wouldn't mind knowing the script font as well).

Ryuk - thank you so much! Perfect match... it's hard to fine a good high-contrast sans serif - which I believe this is.
