It’s not a typeface, but lettering.
Check out Font Bros., they have a lot of fonts based on mid-century American commercial lettering.

If you are interested in a bit earlier periods (say, early 1900s), Laura Worthington’s Charcuterie has some good options.

I haven't checked Lloyd's collection, but please do be wary of the quality and provenance of anything from Dafont.

While Dafont is one of the few free-font sites that take provenance seriously, they are still no more perfect than commercial sites. That a new font should go through acceptance testing ought to be standard procedure, anyway.
