2 font on a memorial - need a close match if possible.

If possible please I need both fonts in this picture, the LYN COOPER font looks a bit like times roman although there is a leg on the letter U. The 'A special person' font I have no idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The script is Tony Forster's Tiranti.

'Perpetua Bold' is close for the roman. The italic seems to be 'Tiranti Solid'
