"RCO" is very close -if not an exact match- to Collegiate Black FLF by Casady & Greene [1988-92]
"FIVE.4.THIRTEEN" must be Bank Gothic (Medium) by Morris Fuller Benton [1930-1933, Bitstream, GroupType, ParaType, Tilde, etc]
