Type specimens of Dutch Typefaces in holland

Dear Holland typophiles!

I need some info about places (bookshops?) in Rotterdam and Amsterdam where I can find a copy (used) of "Dutch Type" by Jan Middendorp or old type specimens of Dutch Typefaces. Does anyone here knows some places?

Thanks in advance!

A Dutch secondhand books website offers a specimen for 90€: http://bit.ly/1epfanb
Hope that helps.
