Well, first of all ... that 'r' is awkward and will not be found in a font. My recommendation of something close would be Englische Schriebschrift and its apparently legal clones.

I agree with Mike's assessment. If you want some more fonts with a very similar _E_ and lowercase shown in the sample, here are a few: Stirling Script CT, Edwardian Script, English 111 Vivace.
