Disney Font, Maybe?

My customer said this was a Disney font, the lower one is Minnie, however I can't seem to find the upper font that reads, PACIFIC NORTHWEST. Please let me know what you think.

MOUSE MEET is perhaps Mickey http://www.dafont.com/mickey.font?text=MOUSEMEET slanted right.

Mouse Meet is actually a font called minnie, I'm looking for the font that used for the PACIFIC NORTHWEST part of the designs.
