Trying to identify both of these fonts; the eroded serif and the clean elegant sans script.

The script is Harold Lohner's splendid Famous Label.

The serif is Stamp Act by Harold Lohner [1998].
The text set is "Rocket J & the 88's" (note that capital & lower case contain different capital glyphs)
