Very BOLD Italic

I really like the boldness in this type, which I found out is Choque Display SSi, BUT seems to have poorly drawn letters and numbers. Is there a type equivalent or exact type that this font stems from?

I was hoping the "real version" exists somewhere out there.

Thanks in advance!

Almost a clone of Helvetica Black (Italic)

Thanks for the response and the lead, I was thinking the same thing when I first saw it.
