Hello!
Would anyone know if this is a custom handwritten typeface or if it is a font?
Any ideas of its name?
Thank you very much!

It looks like a font and very similar to [if not another version of] WankHands by Alex Hynes [2010, AdultHuman, Donationware]
You can buy the Pro Family here:

Looks like a font to me. Note the repeating letters are the same.
Easy to make this type of font and quite a few are available.
Still no exact match but you might like Face Type's Strangelove as a substitute http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/facetype/strangelove/ The name might have ironic connotations for a wedding but refers to Dr. Strangelove, Stanley Kubrick’s cinematic masterpiece about the end of the world in nuclear war. Don't miss Captain Kong with his cowboy hat riding the H-bomb like a bronco as it is dropped from the bomb bay of a B-52 or the beautiful melody of Vera Lynn singing Until We Meet Again as the bombs explode all over the world. Great lettering in a well constructed font.

You're welcome. Try this one "Pompiere is a narrow sans serif typeface that takes its inspiration from a handlettered sign found outside of a firehouse in New York City" http://www.karolinalach.com/194342/2077414/work/pompiere-typeface and http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/pompiere

Hello Don, thanks again for your suggestions—they are very nice typefaces.
I hope I am not being difficult, but there is something very simple about the strokes in that wedding card font that is just what I am looking for. It has a sort of modernist feel to it. Do you know what I mean? It's kind of a condensed Gotham, but handwritten...
Tks!

Aha ... it appears to be YWFT Hannah. Note that there is variation between upper- and lowercase glyphs.
I found it via this 2011 Typophile thread which features an image of the font's use by Starbucks as well as links to similar fonts.
For anyone who is interested, I was led to that thread by another - which is a very useful, categorized überlist.
